well yes its responsibility that im keeping my mouth shut about wadever that was in the meeting.

HELLO. you cannot be like WOOD, under certain circumstances you must change the instructions or many ppl will be affected because of this.
So IF the clerk didnt type someone's name into the ORAL EXAMINATION list for PRELIMS, YOU DENY that person of their ENTRY AND ASK ME TO GO AWAY? even when the other teacher in-charge told indirectly tell you through that person to add my name into the list. so i dont need to take the oral?! so i can just get zero for that subject?
